Formed in 2006 in Klerksdorp – North West Province, Colad Design Studio started as a small web design company. Having found that many of our clients required new logos and graphics for their projects, we started to create the necessary designs to assist our clients. From there on our design services were requested for print media and advertising, and thus evolved into the personalised gifts and wedding industries.

To keep our business module focused and to ensure customers know exactly what services we offer, we have divided Colad Design Studio into three seperate divisions. These divisions are Colad Laser, Colad Creative and BLEST Packaging & Products.

Colad Laser – Realising our clients needs for unique invitations and personalised products, we acquired our first laser cutter in August 2014 and our business has grown to produce a wide range of personalised products for the individual or to a whole group of team members. Our services include laser cutting and engraving, personalised gifts, trophies and medals, and a wide variety of other personalised products.

Colad Creative – This division has always had a soft spot in our hearts. It is a passion and with passion comes perfection! As technology has evolved over the last few years, we too have had to keep up with the times and this has given us the experience to incorporate old and new coding in our website designs and development.

BLEST Packaging & Products – We created this division to distribute our products as well as other great South African companies’ products. We had many requests from clients for items like these so we started brainstorming ideas creating new product ranges and sourcing vendors to supply our current and new clients with stylish, elegant packaging solutions that can be used for the photography, wedding and gift industries.
